Can I see on a contact whether they visited my website, opened my emails or clicked my links?

Yes. Inside each contact there is a visit activity section that shows all their visits and their whole timeline: that they visited the site, filled out a form, and other activity. Email opens and link clicks show there as well.

Email activity is also tracked automatically on every contact in locked fields: last email date, total emails, when they opted in, how many times they clicked, when they first clicked, when they last clicked and when they last opened. Website visits and other data are tracked automatically too.

You can filter contacts on these fields, for example everyone who opened your email in the last week or clicked in the last day, and treat them as hot leads to call.
