How do I move my GoHighLevel opportunities and pipeline stages into Votel?

In Votel the contact sits in the pipeline, instead of a separate opportunity sitting in the pipeline, so the export needs a small change before you import it.

1. Export your contacts and your opportunities from GoHighLevel as CSV files.
2. Give both files to an AI (ChatGPT, Claude or the Votel AI assistant) and ask it for one CSV file where the opportunity stage is on the same line as each contact.
3. Import that CSV with the import tool in Contacts and map the stage column to a pipeline stage.

The import tool accepts CSV and Excel files.
